On Friday, 2nd November 2018, Bloomsbury students began their trip to Bangkok with an early morning meet at Hatyai Airport. Once we'd all woken up everyone was very excited about the activities planned for the 2-day trip.
Day 1 - Students had a chance to familiarise themselves with the work booklet they were to complete during the trip. After a Subway lunch, we visited the Stock Exchange of Thailand and their interactive INVESTORY. Students were treated to learning about the history of the Stock Exchange in Thailand and also to take part in a Stock Trading game. - Congratulations to King who proved to be a force to reckon with in the stock market!
Day 2 - Students woke to prepare themselves for their visit to the TIECA Study Abroad Expo. 60 universities, language schools and colleges from all over the world were in attendance. With guidance from Miss Peverall and their form tutors, students were well prepared with questions to ask representatives. It was great to see all the students taking an enthusiastic and active approach to planning their future education and career pathways.
We hope that the students had a great time! Miss Peverall and Mr Rowark would like to thank all the students for their enthusiasm, they were a credit to the school throughout the trip!
