Workshop on Cooking Western Food

On 26th September 2020, Bloomsbury was pleased to welcome a team of university lecturers and chefs from Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Faculty of Liberal Arts in Food and Nutrition to train our kitchen staff in preparing ingredients and cooking western dishes (such as steak, spaghetti and more), in order to upgrade the quality of our meals. Our boarding students even had the opportunity to experience cooking these flavoursome dishes alongside the chefs.
