Halloween 2020 at Bloomsbury!

The children and staff of Bloomsbury International School Hatyai celebrated Halloween today! Halloween is the day we chase out bad spirits, and there are so many bad spirits and scary monsters in school today!

The children took part in a Halloween parade to show their fabulous costumes to the whole school! Winners for the best costume were chosen for Key stages 1 & 2, as well as Secondary. The children also chose their favourite teacher's outfit.

The children also took part in ‘trick or treating’, they went round the classes in school to collect sweets and chocolates, or maybe a scary trick! Each class had decorated their classroom door with all sorts of scary things! What an exciting day!

Finally, the children had the opportunity to carve their own apple, combining Halloween class activities such as pumpkin carving and apple bobbing!

The children enjoyed a spooky snack at morning break, and a goodie bag to take home, all thanks to our Parents Committee.

All in all a super spooky day, filled with fun and laughter. A special day to remember at Bloomsbury.
