On Friday 17th May, the Primary section welcomed both Songkhla Orphanages and Baan Sosa Nursery School to join us for a performance: YIPIYA.
The clown performance, portrayed the effect that plastic pollution is having on marine life across the planet. Although entertaining, as you would expect from a clown, the message of the piece was both clear and thought provoking for all students.
Following the performance, the performer Mr Michel Sigalla held a question and answer session for students in Years 3-6.
Michel Sigalla has delivered this performance in many International Schools in many countries, however, he praised our students, "I was impressed by the quality of the reactions of your students, their knowledge, curiousity of mind and free-thinking abilities all reflected in their questioning".
We hope our guests enjoyed the performance as much as we did.
