Hi, my name is Paige – born and raised in London, UK. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a further Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Having spent the last 6 years teaching in the UK, I am delighted to have the opportunity to head overseas and join the fantastic team at Bloomsbury. I am passionate about helping young children thrive and succeed, to be creative in finding solutions and to show care and compassion for their peers. My philosophy for Early Years is to instill a sense of curiosity, creativity and exploration to form a love for learning and an excellent foundation to flourish. I am a young and energetic individual with a love of gymnastics and cheerleading, competing nationally and internationally. These experiences have given me a strong work ethic and an admiration for working with others. As a teacher I have an open door policy and welcome all parental involvement. It is important to me to get to know every child, their likes, dislikes and interests in order to build confidence and empower them to try new things. Travel has been an important part of my life, immersing myself in different cultures and I am very much looking forward to experiencing first hand ‘The Land of Smiles’. As a keen foodie, with Thai food being my favourite, I’m excited to try and learn to cook authentically. Teaching Nursery at Bloomsbury is everything I have dreamed of and I cannot wait for the years ahead.
