My name is Mueni Guggemos, and I am delighted to be part of Bloomsbury International School Hatyai. I was born in Kenya and have lived and worked in Africa, North America, Europe, and Central Asia. Having a degree in Community Development with a minor in Business Administration & Management, I am currently working on my Master’s Thesis at the University of Applied Sciences, Kempten. Before teaching, I worked as an International Relations manager for over ten years and served as a board member for a humanitarian organization for over six years. I have an iPGCE from the University of Sunderland, specializing in Primary Education, and completed my TEFL certification this year. I am moving to Thailand with my three daughters after having taught at a British International School in Italy. My goal is to facilitate a holistic, lifelong transformation in the lives of my students, paving the way for them to embrace education and confidently take charge of their learning. Being an avid reader who enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines, I look forward to discovering Thailand and South East Asia. Most of my free time is spent exploring nature with my daughters. I am excited to use my experiences, abilities, and skills to enrich the lives of my students.
