Hello, my name is Seryna Lazenby and I am from the U.K – more specifically – Cardiff, the capital of Wales. I am delighted to be joining the Bloomsbury family this year as the Year 1 class teacher. In 2016 I completed an Education and Early Childhood Studies BA at Cardiff Metropolitan University and graduated with 1st class honours. I then spent six years teaching in Wales and at an international school in Bangkok. Last year, I returned to Cardiff Metropolitan University to complete my PGCE Primary. I feel extremely excited to put all I have learned into practice, by helping Bloomsbury students to reach their full potential. In my free time I like to travel with my family. Seeking out exciting experiences, learning about different cultures and trying out delicious new foods are my passions. I am looking forward to getting to know my students and their families and to us working together so that we can have an exciting and productive year!
