Following his birthday on 28 April, Bloomsbury’s secondary students came together on Thursday, 25 April, for a Shakespeare celebration. Shakespeare created his best plays more than 400 years ago, yet the ideas he imparted and the emotions they portray still hold true today.
Students celebrated by playing games and activities that Shakespeare would have played when he was alive. Our pupils (and some teachers!) got up on stage to perform famous Shakespeare scenes, followed by a huge quiz on all things Shakespeare.
